1.Basic Order Information

1.1 Order Status

Unpaid: The buyer has not yet paid or payment was unsuccessful

processing: Payment has been received, and we already processing it.

Delete: The entire order has been canceled.

Delivering: All products in your order have been shipped.

Delivered: All products already sign with you.


1.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following two payment methods now: PayPal and bank


2.Modifying and Canceling Orders

 If the order status displays 'Unpaid', you can request to cancel or change your order by click 'edit' in 'My Account'. However, if your order has been shipped before we process your request, we will not be able to cancel or change the order.


If the order status displays 'processing', we cannot cancel or change the order.


3.Unavailable Products

Due to product cycles and other reasons, it is possible that products will be out of stock temporarily or forever. In this situation, Bp-pureline will cancel the item and ask for a addition order, or refund your money. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


4.Packing & Shipping Commitments

Most orders will be arranged for shipment within 1-3 business days. For unshipped and out-of-stock items, we will cancel the item and ask for a addition order if the product cannot be restocked within a reasonable period. Order shipments will be significantly affected during major Chinese holidays such as the Spring Festival, May Day and National Day. Bp-pureline will notify customers on our website when such holidays are approaching so that you can plan accordingly.




5.Taxes and Duties

All customs duties imposed by local customs officials are the sole responsibility of the customer. In order to avoid the loss of cargo, customers should familiarize themselves with the local laws regarding banned products before making a purchase with Bp-pureline.
